DesGhidorah Redesign Concept

Here’s my take on DesGhidorah, the first dragon sculpt for this year. While this sculpt was quite a workout I had a lot of fun with this one. I have to rewatch Rebirth of Mothra again to see DesGhidorah in action. I forgot but I’d appreciate it if you can tell me how powerful DesGhidorah is because I’m not sure if this Ghidorah is different in terms of his abilities.

For the overall design, I was going for a more MonsterHunter look with a bit of Dark Souls and Elden Ring elements into it. I was also going for a stone look for the skin and texture to give DesGhidorah an ancient look. And for the heads, I was going for a more eastern dragon look while incorporating some wolves and foxes into the mix. Another addition I made was giving DesGhidorah a lion mane since he’s a Japanese dragon, trying to make DesGhidorah a more eastern dragon look.

While I did have so much fun with this sculpt and love the final look. I personally think it doesn’t match up to my Keizer Ghidorah or Orochi. Thank you guys as always and especially to those who requested this monster.
