Bagan Redesign Concept

My redesign take for Bagan.
This was an interesting one mainly because lots of fans talk about Bagan and I’m not familiar or don’t know much about this Kaiju other than he looks cool. So I don’t have any opinions about him being in future films.

For my redesign I honestly just kept it simple and wasn’t gonna do anything crazy and tried to stay true to the original as much as possible. For the overall look I was going for something demonic and a little alien, kinda similar to demons from DOOM. I couldn’t tell from the original if Bagan has wings or just huge spike like SpaceGodzilla, but I just assume he has wings.
Overall this was an ok project for me haha, just because I don’t know anything about this guy, I’m not confident in the head design I was going for a demon look with a mix of shark and a dinosaur.
