Titanus Camazotz Concept Art

I personally think Camazotz is a cool creature and I do like his story, I only wish we could’ve seen this monster in live action instead of a comic. A Kong sequel featuring Camazotz as the antagonist would be a perfect addition to the MonsterVerse films and a great build up to GVK.

For the design I did my best to keep the design as simple as I could while pushing the design specifically around the head. The head crease will serve more as an armor to protect Camazotz especially from military weapons. I used Dark Souls, Elden Ring and Monster Hunter as my influence for the design making Camazotz very fierce. Because this is a winged creature and will spent most of its time flying, I needed the design to look very light weight and fast. I did change the color a bit so Camazotz could also stood out especially the wings. I didn’t want this creature to be more a bland brownish color.
